Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DeskHQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

DeskHQ is powered by Siyalude (siyalude.biz and siyalude.io).

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use DeskHQ for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity

• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

Subscription and Billing

Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your agreement to pay the new price.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DeskHQ and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

Disclaimer

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeskHQ:

• Excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms
• Excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
• Does not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DeskHQ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Siyalude operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
